Show Me Your Teeth

Hello, hello everyone! Thanks so much for continuing to support the show and all of my various creative endeavors!

I would like to take a moment and write about the making of the "Teeth" music video.

Here are the 3 reasons I chose to make the video:

1) I love Gaga and I love the song "Teeth."

2) I knew Gaga would not be able to get around to making the video in time, because of "Telephone," her tour, and now, "Alejandro."

3) I wanted to pay homage to her and not make some gaudy parody video. I wanted to make Gaga a professional amateur "thank you" video for continuing to make pop music a truly multi-faceted genre and pop culture a way of life.

As for the video, when coming up with the concept, deciding on make-up and costume choices, and editing the final video, above all else, I wanted to embody the essence of the song. This meant paying attention not only to the lyrics, but the overall vibe of the song via it's rhythm.

The final result: sexy, yet glamorous black ensembles and a quick-fire editing style utilizing black jumps throughout the video.
